It is this arm of the clip that needs to be inserted between the door framing and the rubber weatherstripe. Make sure you keep the top of the clip about 3/8 of an inch from the top of the door frame. Next, as you slide the machine flange at the front of the deflector into the forward window channel, it is very important that the end up the deflector rest on top of the outer window sill and weatherstrip. Make sure the and is on top of the sill and not sliding down into the door. With the front end in position, bow the deflector toward you and slip the rear and flange into the longer arm up the S-Clip. Now working along front to back, twist and slide the flange up into the window channel. A little outward pressure helps seat the deflector properly in the channel. Finally, slowly raise the window to fully seat the deflector into the window channel. It's best to apply a little outward pressure on the deflector as the window closes for the first time. If the automatic reverse feature activates while raising the window, carefully sandwich the window between your hands and apply slight upward pressure as the window rises. Now, just leave your windows closed for 12 hours and your WeatherTech side window deflectors are installed. __ See a list of all discounted WeatherTech products here: http://partsengine.ca/m-91-weathertec...
